		<description>So I did a quick search and the application was recently abandoned for failure to respond to an Office Action.  Interestingly enough, the only rejection was that the submitted specimen was unacceptable.  No rejection based on &quot;scandalous material.&quot;  Looks to me as though the application would have issued had a suitable specimen been filed.  I guess I can feel free to tell my kids to &quot;pull my finger&quot; now!</description>
