		<description>I saw that filing via my Justia RSS &quot;Recent filings&quot; feed.  I was intrigued so I downloaded the complaint.  I think it has to be a mistake - like the attorney was learning how to use CM/ECF or something.  There are already summary judgment motions on the docket.  Gotta be a fluke.

		<description>I have reviewed the Florida Bar records of attorneys admitted to practice in the state of Florida.  Apparently, Pluto the Dog is not admitted in Florida.  I need to do a bit more research to make sure that he is not admitted elsewhere and was allowed to appear in this case Pro Hac Vice.  If that were the case though, who is the sponsoring attorney - Bugs Bunny?</description>
