I was intrigued so I downloaded the complaint. I think it has to be a mistake - like the attorney was learning how to use CM/ECF or something. There are already summary judgment motions on the docket. Gotta be a fluke. (The ABA Journal link isn't working, so I don't know if the mystery has already been solved.) Apparently, Pluto the Dog is not admitted in Florida. I need to do a bit more research to make sure that he is not admitted elsewhere and was allowed to appear in this case Pro Hac Vice.
