Earlier this week, Lindsay Lohan filed a $100 million suit against online financial services company, E-Trade. In her complaint (you can read it here), Ms. Lohan accuses E-Trade of appropriating her likeness in its Super Bowl ad, wherein the spokesbaby’s girlfriend accuses him of not calling her because he was with “that milkaholic, Lindsay.”

Mark MalekOk, I can’t take it! I was just reading the complaint and noticed that one of Lindsay’s allegations is that the commercial bears her name, characterization and personality. It goes on to note that the appearance of her look a-like name, characterization and personality causes her to be identified in connection with ETrade’s services……Who is counseling this girl? There really is such a thing as bad publicity. Maybe this suit should have been brought on behalf of Lindsay’s everywhere.
