INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROHIBITED BY THIRD PARTIES
Viewers and contributors (‘you”) to TacticalIP.com shall hereby agree to obey the laws of the United States of America as they relate to the protection of intellectual property. You agree to observe and respect the intellectual property rights of the authors, and the intellectual property rights of all additional parties. You shall not upload, post, link to, or otherwise reference to materials that are protected under the copyright or trademark laws of the United States, or any other jurisdiction.
If a copyright owner becomes aware that he or she may be the victim of copyright infringement, due to the posting or contribution of a third party to TacticalIP, the copyright owner should submit notice to the Copyright Agent of said infringement.
